Volunteering

Volunteers are the heart of EYH. The committee and the mentors all volunteer their time. If you would like to help us, there are three ways you can do so: Become a mentor, join the committee, or assist during the conference.

Mentors

Mentors are one of the most essential teeth in the EYH cog. Leading the girls on explorations of your chosen career will show them possibilities that they might not be aware of. More.

Committee

Committee members oversee the planning and execution of the conference. Members are responsible for finding the funds, the staff, and the participants needed for a successful, smooth-running conference. There are many areas that we would welcome help in. Join.

Day-Of Staff

Our easiest and most popular volunteer category is helping during the day of the conference only. There's a lot to be done before participants arrive. Volunteers set up signs, assemble packets, organize, assist mentors in unloading their supplies, and run errands around campus. During the conference, volunteers check in participants and parents, give directions, help mentors communicate with the committee, and run more errands.
